Frequently Asked
Who is the mentorship program for?
Anyone working toward, or already working in, a cabin crew career — of any nationality, from anywhere in the world. Most applicants are preparing for their first assessment day, but experienced crew looking at promotion or a move to another airline are equally welcome.
Do I need experience in aviation to apply?
No. A large share of successful cabin crew come from hospitality, retail, healthcare, teaching and customer service. Part of the work we do together is translating the experience you already have into the language airlines recruit on.
How much time does it take?
Plan for a session each week over roughly four weeks, plus the work in between — rewriting your CV, preparing answers, practising. Sessions are scheduled around rosters and time zones.
Can you get me a job with an airline?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who says they can. Filipina Cabin Crew is an independent community platform — not a recruiter, an agency, or a representative of any airline. We have no influence over any airline's hiring decision. What mentorship does is make sure your application, your preparation and your expectations are as strong as they can be.
Is there a fee?
Any fee, or the absence of one, is stated clearly before you commit to anything — there are no charges hidden inside the process, and we never charge for job placement. If a website, agent or individual asks you to pay for a guaranteed airline job, treat it as a warning sign and check directly with the airline.
What happens to the information I send?
It is used to review and respond to your application, and nothing else. We do not sell or share personal details. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail, including how to ask for your data to be deleted.
What if I am not accepted?
Places are limited, so it happens. Every guide on this site stays free and open, the hiring updates keep coming, and you are welcome to apply again at the next intake.
