How We Keep This a Good Place to Be
A community is only as good as the way people treat each other in it. Four things we hold to, everywhere we post.
- Everyone is welcome. Any nationality, any background, any stage — including people who have not applied anywhere yet.
- No gatekeeping. Questions that seem basic to you were once new to all of us. Answer them kindly or scroll past.
- Verify before you share. Hiring rumours cost people money and time. Link the airline's own page whenever you can.
- Nobody sells jobs here. Reports of placement fees or "guaranteed hire" schemes are always welcome, and always acted on.
