Where Aviation Connects Us.
Filipina Cabin Crew is an independent aviation community platform created from a genuine passion for the world of flight and the people who work in it.
Founded in 2016, the platform has grown into a global resource for current and aspiring cabin crew of all nationalities — offering career guidance, global hiring updates, mentorship, and community.
Our mission is simple: to inform, empower, and connect aviation professionals and enthusiasts worldwide.
Independent & Community-Driven
Filipina Cabin Crew is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any airline, aviation authority, or organization.

Open to Everyone Who Loves Aviation
The name reflects where this community began. What it grew into is something wider: a place where crew and future crew of every nationality, background and language can find good information and a fair welcome.
That means no gatekeeping, no paywalls in front of basic career information, and no pretending the industry is easier — or harder — than it really is.
- Honest information. If we are not sure, we say so, and we point you to the airline's own source.
- Free where it matters. Career guides and hiring updates stay open to everybody.
- All nationalities welcome. Every route into this industry looks a little different.
- Respect for the job. Cabin crew is a safety profession, and we write about it that way.
From One Account to a Global Resource
What began in 2016 as a place to share hiring news with a handful of friends became something bigger the first time a stranger wrote to say they had been hired after reading a post. That message set the direction for everything since: publish the thing you wish someone had told you.
Since then the platform has grown into a global resource — guides written in plain language, hiring updates gathered from across every region, mentorship for people who need a real conversation rather than another list of tips, and a community that keeps answering each other's questions long after the initial post.
Aviation is a small world in the end. People you train with turn up years later on the other side of the planet, in a different uniform, and the conversation picks up where it left off. That is the idea behind the name: where aviation connects us.
